Blue Dragon offers authentic ingredients to help people create delicious dishes from China, Thailand, Japan and Vietnam. Named after the Chinese symbol of good fortune, Blue Dragon was born in the 1970s, when the team at Blue Dragon found that there was nothing in British shops to help people recreate authentic Asian dishes. Blue Dragon’s range first consisted of a small selection of products, including Blue Dragon Chilli Sauce and Blue Dragon Soy Sauce. Today, Blue Dragon offers a large selection of Asian ingredients, from Blue Dragon Thai Crackers and Blue Dragon Oyster Sauce to Blue Dragon Panko Breadcrumbs and more.
