A superbly full-bodied and nutty cake made without fat in the recipe. Date & Walnut Brack delivers a delicious nutty flavour thanks to the earthy qualities of Craggs & Co?s Spelt flour which is specifically chosen by our family bakers for this bake. The spelt flour also gives the Date & Walnut Brack a coarser texture which differs from our traditional Yorkshire and Ginger Bracks. The flavour and texture works perfectly with the moist dates and crunchy walnuts.
