Dalla Costa

At Dalla Costa, since 1898 we have been mastering the art of pasta by selecting the best semolina, kneading, drawing and drying. The water used in our pasta comes from the source of the Piave river and the wheat is Italian, ground by selected mills. Today at our factory based near Treviso in Italy, we produce up to 100 different shapes of pasta.
