Hillfarm has been making healthy, nutritious and incredibly versatile cold pressed rapeseed oil for years. The Fairs family’s farming heritage in Suffolk dates back to 1967 but it was in 2004 that they started to produce cold pressed rapeseed oil.

It was then that they became the first farm in the UK to grow, press and bottle their own cold pressed rapeseed oil. This family business has three generations working together farming and pressing oil and, to this day, Hillfarm oils continue to be produced on their family farm in Suffolk and pressed in their solar-powered barn.
Healthier alternative to other oils
Rapeseed oil has the lowest saturated fat content of any edible oil. It has 6% saturated fat content whilst olive oil has 14% saturated content and butter has 51% saturated content. Rapeseed oil is also rich in Omega 3 and contains Omega 9 and Omega 6. Hillfarm oil is also high in vitamin E and is a good source of vitamin K.
