Made with strips of Greek sundried tomatoes, mixed with sliced olives, sliced garlic, capers and herbs, this mix is bursting with flavour. It is fantastic stirred into pasta just as it is. Also can be used as a bruschetta topping, for marinating white fish or stuffing chicken. Winner of 2 Gold Stars in the 2020 Great Taste Awards. Judges Comment: "Umami-rich strips of sundried tomatoes paired with classic Mediterranean ingredients.
